SPATIAL DESIGN & STYLING CONSULTING
Analysis of the space, its surroundings, location, direction and existing form are carried out, to offer designs that best enhance the room, in line with your desires. The elimination of, or result of certain layouts are presented through technical drawings ranging from plans, elevations and sections. Styling is done with only you and your taste in mind, giving us an understanding of the direction and allowing us to choose your pieces that will fill the space that defines you.
LIGHTING SCHEMES
Lighting can be soft, creating an environment where all guests feel warm and invited. It can enhance your space’s architecture and furnishings, as well as serve as task lighting. The result is a place of balance and beauty, in harmony with its surroundings, based on the desired outcome of the space, according to the usage of the room. We offer lighting plans, electric drawings for installation and sourcing of light fixtures too.

MANAGEMENT
Sourcing and selection of FF&E to realise your dream into a reality. We source from our trustworthy, professional high quality suppliers stemming from Italy, Holland and Germany. Placing the orders, purchases, following up with delivery and dealing with damage control, in order to guarantee hassle-free results. We negotiate and select contractor bids: once selected, we oversee the works, develop a schedule, manage quality and ensure time frames and budgets are met.

We began The Florian Designs in 2021, and our founder, Simone Florian, has been mapping the route since 2011, stemming from luxury hotel management experience to the interior design finale. She has cultivated a cosmopolitan flair by living abroad for over 12 years, in 7 various countries and 3 different continents.
We are currently based in Limassol, Cyprus and also offer online design services, with a vast network of international collaborators, therefore can accept your project even if you are located miles away. We speak German, Russian, English and Greek, and would be happy to accommodate you in the language you are most comfortable in.
Our goal is to bring your vision to life, from the initial plans drawn up, to the final laying down of the rugs on your floors. We’ll lead the way with expert guidance and an eye for all detail. Big or small, the ultimate is always the same: to make your personal style shine in a bespoke way. We provide new inspiration and ideas, while incorporating elements of your liking into every concept we propose.
